After months of teaching new hires, I was promoted to Team Leader. Being Team Leader gives you a lot of responsibilities such as assisting your agents with their concerns, managing the hourly reports, doing coaching If agents missed following the guidelines, and most importantly is to building a connection and making your agent feel that they are a part of the family. I also know some tools for managing clients' business, such as Canva, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Email management using Gmail. I'm open to new ideas and knowledge.
