We are investigating issues with Codespaces in eu-west region. The origin issue is resolved, however customers may experience delays in creation and resumption as we process the backlog of requests.

We are investigating issues with Codespaces in all regions due to VMs not coming online. We have applied a mitigation that resolved the underlying issue, and we are processing the backlog of requests.
