I can't login and I want to cancel my subscription

Please help! I signed up to a business account trial. I can not login to the account at all and I want to cancel it. I have since signed up to a personal account, but I need the free trial to be canceled!

How do I change my Microsoft Office business account to a personal account, and most importantly NOT LOSE ANY OF MY FILES.
